Two questions, two filings. How much each kind of manager reports holding, from Form ADV Schedule D — and how much their funds sold each year, from Form D. The first is a stock and the second is a flow, so they do not add up: a fund raised in 2015 is counted once as capital raised, and again in every later year of reported assets.
