Private equity marks, from the public record.
MOIC Monitor is built to be a free, public utility. We provide marks and portfolio monitoring from as many public sources as we can scrape. We link you back to our source documents or methodology, so if a number matters to you, you can confirm its accuracy directly. We build alerts that let you track the movements in sponsors, funds, strategies and portfolio companies that matter to you.
We get better the more information we find. If you believe we’re missing a fund — or there is one you really want us to look for — please let us know. If you find a bug, there is a reporter at the bottom of every page. We built this for ourselves, but we sincerely hope it is useful to you too.
